A professional photographer since 1983.

Mark opened Prestige Photography in Wheeling, West Virginia in 1989 and has been awarded the degrees of Master of Photography and the Cratfsman degree from the Professional Photographers of America, He is also a Certified Professional Photographer and a PPA Approved Photographic Instructor, a past president of both the Triangle Photographers Association and the Professional Photographers of West Virginia and served on the PPA Council for 9 years. He is currently the Chair of the PPA Board of Directors, after having served as it's President for two years.

A graduate of Wheeling Central Catholic High School in 1976, he was honored to have been selected as his alma mater's official photographer this year. A book of his work titled "Inspire Yourself" was published in 2018 by Amherst Media, which included his body art series, "InkCredible Art", and his underwater work as well as other creative projetcs. He has been a featured speaker at photography events across the country for many years.

A recipient of countless awards including multiple Fuji Masterpiece and Kodak Gallery Awards, he was also presented with the PPA National Award in 2005, PPA's highest service award. He has been the number one photographer in West Virginia and in 2015 was named WV Artist of the Year.

A lifelong resident of Wheeling, Mark is also an FAA licensed drone pilot and plans to continue creating professional images for many years yet.
